Destination Portsmouth is a series of adopted Development Strategies, Plans and Initiatives, which will implement the vision of the 2025 Comprehensive Plan by proactively planning for our continued renaissance in completing the groundwork necessary to make Portsmouth the “Destination of Choice”. These implementation projects, which will be developed over the next 12 months, include: Downtown Design District Update, Downtown Master Plan and Waterfront Strategy, Form-Based Codes, Master Transportation Plan and Zoning Ordinance Update.
